Hinduism was started in India, but wasn’t created by any one single person. Actually, Hinduism is a mix of a lot of religious beliefs. Also, Hinduism is a polytheistic religion. The Vedas are a selection of hymns and other religious scriptures, generated from about 1500 B.C.E. to 1000 B.C.E. The Vedas are a large body of scriptures formed in ancient India. The Vedas are basically a Hindu bible or like a Hindu Torah. It has elements that are treated to be holy in the Vedic religion. Sanskrit is the first language of Hinduism, and one of the earliest branches of the Indo-European languages, which carries English and most European dialects. But, historians think that more research is yet to be discovered to accept the origin from India of Sanskrit. The Caste System is groups assigned by birth not personality. This system is very much like that of Chinese new year. The Hindu concept of social order is that people who have certain personalities should be with those of the same taste. The caste system is still a main concept of the Hindu laws for life in modern times. Even though many other ancient cultures made their societies with social classes, the caste system of India is an interesting exception because it continues to be a powerful impact on Hinduism.
